Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel Collector or Pro at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Can I switch between Collector and Pro?
Yes. Pick the other plan here and Stripe shows you the prorated difference before you confirm — you are never billed for two plans at once.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
What happens when I reach my limits?
Daily limits reset at midnight UTC; monthly allowances (Detailed and Collector's Multi-Agent grades) refill on the 1st of each month, UTC. Quick and Balanced are unlimited on Collector and Pro.
How does Multi-Agent AI grading work?
Four specialized AI agents (Front Analyst, Back Analyst, Grader, and Auditor) each examine different aspects of your card for the most accurate PSA grade prediction.
